Orange Roughy Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
FROM FROZEN: Do Not thaw. Broil: Preheat broiler. Remove frozen Orange Roughy from packaging, brush lightly with olive oil and place on broiler pan. Place pan on rack 3-4 inches below broiler element. Broil Orange Roughy 2-3 minutes. Turn and continue to broil for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from oven to a clean plate and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove frozen Orange Roughy from packaging, brush lightly with olive oil and place in baking pan or dish. Place on center rack of oven. Bake Orange Roughy for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven to a clean plate and serve.
Microwave: Remove Orange Roughy from packaging and place in microwave safe baking dish. Cover dish with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on high for 3-4 minutes. Remove from microwave, let stand 1 minute prior to serving. Remove fillets from dish to a clean plate and serve
Pan Sauté: Thaw fillets overnight in refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum packed fillets in cold water for 30 - 40 minutes. Place 1 tsp. olive oil in a large non stick skillet and heat over medium heat. Remove fillets from package and place in preheated skillet. Cook for 3 minutes, flip and continue cooking for 3 - 4 minutes. Remove from skillet to a clean plate and serve.
FROM THAWED Thaw in Refrigerator.
Microwave: Thaw two fillets and place in an appropriate dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on high for approximately 3 ½ - 4 minutes.
Bake:Preheat oven to 350°F. Take a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil and place a thawed fillet in the center. Add your favorite vegetables-sugar snap peas, sliced carrots, frozen artichoke hearts, sliced zucchini, sweet pepper strips. Top with 1 Tbsp. of melted butter combined with 1 tsp. teriyaki sauce. Do not thaw. Microwave: Remove film from potato wedges tray. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2½ to 3 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Remove from microwave, stir and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film from potato wedges tray and place on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on oven center rack; bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, stir and serve. Oven - Crispy Potato Method: Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove potato wedges from tray and place directly on nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
Green Beans With Red Peppers Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw
Microwave (1100-WATT): :: Cut small slit in the center of film on mixed vegetable tray. Place in microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Lift film, stir and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and serve.
Oven:Preheat oven to 350°F. Place mixed vegetable tray on baking sheet. Cut a small slit in the center of film on tray. Place baking sheet on center rack in oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully remove film and serve.
