Grilling Method:

Serves 2 in 15 minutes using a Grill and Microwave* if steaks are thawed. Thaw steaks overnight in refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum wrapped steaks in cold water for approximately 30-40 minutes. If you can't grill, try the Broiling Method found below.
1. Preheat grill to HIGH or prepare coals.
2. Remove thawed steaks from packaging and place plate.
3. Place steaks on preheated grill and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Heat 2 oz of butter sauce in wok or non-stick sauté pan on HIGH until butter has melted, about 2 minutes. Add vegetables to butter sauce. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
5. Flip steaks and continue grilling for 3 minutes for a medium steak. Remove steaks from grill to clean plate.
6. Slice Steaks. Plate Stir-fry vegetables, then place sliced steak on top with 2 slices of frozen Steak Butter Sauce.

Broiling Method:

Serves 2 in 15 minutes using a Broiler and Microwave* if steaks are thawed. Thaw steaks overnight in refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum wrapped steaks in cold water for approximately 30-40 minutes. If you can grill, try the Grilling Method found below.
1. Preheat broiler and position top rack 3-4 inches from broiler.
2. Remove thawed steaks from packaging and place on broiler pan.
3. Place broiler pan in oven and broil for 4 minutes.
4. Heat 2 oz of butter sauce in wok or non-stick sauté pan on HIGH until butter has melted, about 2 minutes. Add vegetables to butter sauce. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
5. For medium steaks, flip and continue broiling for 4 minutes.
6. Remove steaks from broiler and slice. Plate Stir-fry vegetables, then place sliced steak on top with 2 slices of frozen Steak Butter Sauce.
