Do not thaw.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic and place desired number of portions in a baking dish. Add approximately 2 TBSP. of water in bottom of Pan to prevent splattering and burning. Bake uncovered, for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. For additional flavor, use wine as a substitute for water
Microwave (1100-WATT): Remove plastic and place two frozen portions in an appropriate dish. Add 2 TBSP of water to dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on high for approximately 5 ½ minutes. 

Green Beans With Red Peppers Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw
Microwave (1100-WATT): :: Cut small slit in the center of film on mixed vegetable tray. Place in microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Lift film, stir and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and serve.
Oven:Preheat oven to 350°F. Place mixed vegetable tray on baking sheet. Cut a small slit in the center of film on tray. Place baking sheet on center rack in oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully remove film and serve

Glazed Carrots Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw.
Microwave: Cut small slit in the center of film on glazed carrot tray. Place in microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Peel back film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove film and serve.
Oven:Preheat oven to 350°F. Place glazed carrot tray on baking sheet; cut slit in center of film. Place baking sheet on oven center rack; bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully remove film and serve. * Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.
