Grilling Method:
20 minutes using a Grill and Microwave* if filets and lobster tails are thawed in the refrigerator for 24 hours. If you can't grill, try the Broiling Method.
1. Preheat grill on HIGH or prepare coals.
2. Remove thawed filets from packaging and season with ¼ teaspoon of Natural Seasoning. Set aside.
3. Remove thawed lobster tails from wrapping and butterfly tails by cutting through the middle of the hard shell with a knife or scissors. Cut through flesh but not underside membrane. Hold tail in both hands and open flat.
4. Place 1/3 tube of Seasoned Butter Sauce in small bowl; cover with a paper towel. Heat in microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Brush melted butter sauce on lobster flesh. Set aside. Discard any remaining melted butter sauce used to baste lobster.
5. Remove Twice Baked Potatoes from cellophane and place in microwave safe dish. Cut slit in center of film covering Whole Green Beans. Place potatoes and tray of green beans in microwave and cook on MEDIUM for 9-10 minutes.
6. Once side dishes are in microwave, place filets and lobster, flesh side down, on preheated grill for 4 minutes. Flip filets and continue grilling for 4 minutes. If flare-ups occur, flip lobster until flaring stops, then return to flesh side.
7. Remove potatoes and green beans from microwave, filets and lobster from grill to clean plates. Serve with seasoned butter sauce.
