Tri-Tip Roast Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
INGREDIENTS: Beef
Thaw roast completely in refrigerator.
SEAR ROASTING:Preheat oven to 250°F. Remove roast from packaging and lightly pat dry with a paper towel. Lightly oil and season the roast prior to cooking. Heat small amount of oil in large braising pan on stove-top. Brown roast for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place roast on an elevated wire rack in a roasting pan. Roast for 45-50 minutes for rare; 55-60 minutes for medium rare; 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes for medium; 1 hour 35 minutes - 1 hour 45 minutes for well done. Test doneness by using a kitchen thermometer. Allow 15 minutes resting time before slicing and serving roast.
QUICK ROASTING:Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil and season the roast prior to cooking. Place roast on an elevated wire rack in a roasting pan. Roast for 30-35 minutes for rare; 35-40 minutes for medium rare; 45-50 minutes for medium; 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes for well done.Test doneness by using a kitchen thermometer. Allow 20 minutes resting time before slicing and serving roast.
GRILLING:Preheat grill to high, reduce to medium heat prior to cooking. Season roast as desired. Grill, fat side up, for 14 minutes. Flip over and grill an additional 10-12 minutes for a medium rare roast. Keep grill covered when cooking. Let rest 6-8 minutes before slicing and serving.

INGREDIENTS: Potato, Water, Butter, Dehydrated Potato, Dairy Blend (Whey, Nonfat Dry Milk, Soy Flour), Salt, White Pepper. Contains: Milk and Soy Ingredients. Produced in a facility that also processes Wheat and Egg Ingredients.
Do not thaw.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove cellophane covering tray and place on baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving.
MICROWAVE: Remove cellophane covering tray. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for 1 minute. Let rest 1 minute before serving.

STOVE-TOP: Briefly run sauce cup under water to loosen packaging. Remove lid and film covering cup. Turn cup upside down and apply pressure to center of cup with thumbs while holding edges to remove sauce from cup. Place in saucepan over medium heat. Bring sauce to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and serve.

INGREDIENTS: Yellow Sweet Corn, White Sweet Corn, Butter (Cream, Salt), Red Peppers, Green Peppers, Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Spice. Contains: Milk.

Microwave (1100-WATT): :: Cut small slit in the center of film on sweet corn tray. Place in microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Lift film, stir and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and serve.
Oven:Preheat oven to 350°F. Place sweet corn tray on baking sheet. Cut a small slit in the center of film on tray. Place baking sheet on center rack in oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully remove film and serve
