These Meals for One have been handpicked for people dining alone. All items on are sold for these packages are individually wrapped. With these packages we include our Single-Serving Side Dishes. Each dinner includes complete meals for one person. Menu is subject to change daily. 

This meal includes the following:

Chicken Parmigiana
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 350º F. Remove plastic from paper tray and cover tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 minutes longer until browned. Carefully place on plate and serve.

Broccoli & Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Microwave:
Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes until hot. Carefully place onto a plate and serve.

Beef Bourguignon
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray on plate in microwave. Heat for 3-4 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Let stand for 2 min. Carefully remove and serve.

Mashed Potatoes
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

Pesto and Cheese Flatbread
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove flatbread from packaging and place on cookie sheet in oven. When crust is browned (approx. 12-14 minutes) remove flatbread from oven and place on plate. Enjoy!

Fire-Roasted Vegetables en Croute
If time allows, defrost "en Croûte" entrées for up to 2 hours in refrigerator. Place product 2" apart on a non-stick baking pan. In a small bowl, blend an egg thoroughly with 1T. water and "paint" the pastry with the egg mixture, using a pastry brush. Bake in pre-heated oven at 425°F. for first 15 minutes; check after 15 minutes and cover pastry with foil if it is browning too quickly; lower temperature to 375°F. Continue to cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature of 160°F. is reached. Refrigerate leftovers promptly.

Rice with Mixed Vegetables
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with rice on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until warm stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Carefully place rice into a bowl and serve.

Buttered Carrots
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
