Filet Mignons

Wild Argentinian Red Shrimp
16 oz. pkgs. | 1 pkg.
Despite their appearance, Argentinian Red Shrimp are RAW. Cook until shrimp are opaque and reach a minimum internal temperature of 140F. Season as desired.
FROM FROZEN Stovetop, Steam: Add 2 inches of water to a saucepan and insert steamer basket. Heat water to a boil using medium high heat. Remove shrimp from bag, add to steamer basket, cover and boil for 6-8 minutes. Stovetop, Saute: Preheat small amount of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging and carefully place in skillet. Cook covered for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through. GRILL: Preheat grill with lightly oiled grilling pan to medium. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging and add to pan. Cover pan and grill 4-5 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through.

Smashed Red Potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. | serves 2

Do Not Thaw! Microwave (1100-Watt): Remove cellophane covering tray. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for 1 minute. Let rest 1 minute before serving. Oven: Preheat oven to 425F. Remove cellophane covering tray and place on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving.

Chocolate Molten Lava Cakes
4.2 oz. | 2 count
Do not thaw! Microwave: Remove cake from plastic film. Turn upside down on a microwave-safe plate. Loosen cake from cup by applying pressure to center of cup with thumbs while holding the edges. Do not remove cup. Microwave on HIGH for 40-50 seconds. Carefully remove cup. Let stand 3-5 minutes before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400F. Remove plastic film and place cake right side up, in its cup on a baking sheet. Heat for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand 3-5 minutes. Invert cake on serving plate and serve.
