Please note that ground shipments typically take 3-7 business days for delivery, excluding weekends and the submission date. Our calendar is based on the ship date of an order. Standard orders placed after 9am EST on Wednesdays will not ship until the following week. Delivery dates may be impacted due to extreme weather conditions or high volume. We are currently unable to accept orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii due to shipping delays.

Additionally, once an online order has been submitted, it cannot be altered or canceled for any reason. Please review your shipping address, gift recipient information, and selected ship date prior to placing an order.

While we strive to deliver your meal on your requested date, please understand that ground shipments are estimates and not guaranteed. Keep an eye out for a follow-up email containing your tracking number and confirmed delivery date from the carrier.

Our meals are prepared by chefs as soon as you place your order. This includes cooking, packaging, and freezing them for freshness.

Shipping perishable foods is different from shipping other goods. It's a carefully choreographed ballet - our meals require special care to stay frozen from start to finish. That's why our shipments don't lounge around in FedEx or UPS facilities over the weekend; they're on a strict timetable to ensure they reach you at peak deliciousness.
